Insurance is purchased by individuals and business as a safe guard against losses in the event of unpredictable circumstance. •    You must be a natural person at least 18 years of age.
•    Must be a resident of the state
•    Must take and pass the required exams
•    Cannot be an employee of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs or any state service office
•    Cannot be a funeral director, or an employee or representative of a funeral establishment, or have an office in or in connection with a funeral home
•    Provide all applicable papers including a Letter of Clearance:
•    Be fingerprinted.
